Alanna Rogers
Alanna has had an independent and entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. She moved herself to Tobermory for 5 months of the year starting at age 16, where she fell in love with the hospitality industry. The greatest moment of the day is when a patron first bites into their meal; they close their eyes and for a moment all worries and concerns are alleviated, bringing a moment of peace and joy into someone's life became the status-quo for all endeavors to follow.
Starting in kitchens, she worked her way from a dishwasher at the fine dining restaurant, Danniel’s in Nobleton, during the school year and heading north to Tobermory, serving 500 patrons by 11AM. These experiences developed a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with dedication to premier quality service. Alanna graduated from Liaison Culinary Arts College and continued in the industry till her mid-twenties.
Alanna went back to school for Interior Design at Conestoga College then moved to Toronto and received her certification as a Pilates Instructor at Body Harmonics to continue to utilize her previous education of nourishing one’s body through good food and healthy movement. Here Alanna expanded her scope on a journey of health and wellness. Alanna furthered her education with nutrition, life-coaching, and holistic health care. Her dedication to providing caring and poignant service that was individualized to each client grew with each educational endeavor.
Alanna moved back to Tobermory where she began providing healing services for locals during the COVID years, being able to utilize her education to produce environmentally friendly cleaning supplies that were tailored to each individual's personal health considerations as well as safe products for use on special product finishes. This offered her the opportunity to develop long-term connections and premium client service that was unparalleled in the Tobermory area. Alanna expanded her business to landscaping working with residential and commercial properties focusing on perennial, locally sourced permaculture planting designs.
Relocating to the Muskoka Region to start a family, she is excited to offer these individualized services and continue bringing a moment of ease and peace to her clients lives.
